ABOUT RUBEN LEON-ACOSTA
From Havana, Cuba, Ruben moved to London in his twenties. His first job was in the foodie hub that is St John Street in Clerkenwell, where he, by pure chance and destiny, together with one of the founders of Eat, Ed Bentley, became the chef behind the successful Amano Cafe. Ruben later took off to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Italy, France, Spain and Morocco to learn more about their culinary culture. Currently based in The Cotswolds, the Nomada Pop Up Supper Clubs are Ruben's new showcasing itinerant restaurant.
